MODE OF ACTION :-
- Aactra (Thiamethoxam 25% WG) is a granular soluble insecticide of neonicotinoid group.
- Aactra is a broad spectrum insecticide excellent for both sucking and chewing type insects.
- The mode of action is systemic, ie., acts through ingestion and contact and disrupts nervous systems of the insects and pests.
- Aactra is effective even in lower doses.
- Because of its long lasting effects there is a reduced need for frequent reapplications.
- The efficacy in insect control by this insecticide is intact even after rainfall.
- There is a minimum risk to non target and beneficial insects in the ecosystem and hence Aatra is a suitable for Integrated Pest Management(IPM).
