MODE OF ACTION :-
- Class contains Chlorpyriphos 20% EC is a broad spectrum organophosphate insecticide effective on broad range of insects and pests of both sucking and chewing type .
- Class acts by inhibiting the ACH esterase enzyme in the synaptic gap of the insect nervous system acting as a nerve excitatory poison, causing death of insect.
- Chlorpyriphos 20% EC provides contact, stomach and respiratory actions.
- It can be very effective as seed treatments, foliar sprays and soil drenches to treat soil pests, root worms and termites.
- Chlorpyriphos can work in combination with fertilizers, fungicides and other insecticides to increase the yield.
